Hear his voice, ‘I am the gate. Anyone who enters through me will be safe.
I have come so that you may have life, and have it to the full.’ John 10:1-10
During an interview, Pope Francis asked, ‘How are we treating the people of God?’ He answers his own question: ‘I dream of a church that is a mother and a shepherdess.
The church’s ministers must be merciful, take responsibility for the people and accompany them like the Good Samaritan, who washes, cleans and raises up his neighbour. This is pure Gospel.’

On Thursday 16th of May, the Year 8s participated in a workshop run by Project Rockit, which reinforced the students' knowledge of cyber bullying. There were many interactive activities across the day that students had the chance to participate in. The presenters taught us about ways to stop bullying when we see it through a range of different activities. They ran games such as a talk off, to teach us lessons about why bullying happens. All the students had a terrific time, it was a fun day with lots of valuable knowledge learnt.
