As a faith-based community, we pride ourselves on providing a welcoming and supportive environment offering inclusive educational opportunities that are flexible and designed to meet the needs of all students.
The College offers a range of established wellbeing programs that are designed to develop our students’ resilience, mindfulness and empathy. This commitment to wellbeing is central to learning and instils in our students a positive growth-mindset and the confidence to flourish beyond the school gates.
Our staff are committed to developing learning programs, based on the Victorian Curriculum, that foster creativity, communication, critical thinking and collaboration. At St Francis we add a fifth C – that of Catholicity.
Our students are encouraged to act on their faith through social justice activities and this emphasis on both academic endeavour and a rich spiritual life ensures our graduates are well prepared to become active contributors in our global world.
My passion has always been to provide positive educational pathways for students be they vocational or academic. At St Francis Catholic College we strive to ensure every student develops to their full potential and recognise the important role families play in this journey. It is our strong partnership with parents and guardians that helps our students succeed.
