Role Description:
The Director of Faith and Mission plays a pivotal role in shaping and leading the College's vision for faith formation, academic growth, and community development. This position involves implementing explicit instructional practices, driving a shared improvement direction, and strategically investing in resources to support the College’s key priorities. The Director is responsible for building leadership capacity across the College, fostering a culture of high expectations, and ensuring ongoing professional learning aligns with both staff needs and the College’s strategic goals. Integral to this role is overseeing the development and evaluation of faith formation programs, leading liturgical events, and promoting student-led faith initiatives that deepen the College’s Catholic identity. The Director will work collaboratively with staff, students, and the broader community, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements, and enhancing the overall climate for learning. This leadership position requires a passion for Catholic faith, strong communication and relational skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead change, manage resources, and inspire excellence in both faith and learning outcomes.
