The Receptionist at Cobblebank Campus is a key administrative role responsible for efficiently managing telephone and in-person enquiries, ensuring all messages are communicated to the relevant staff. The role involves general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing student records in systems like Synergetic and SIMON. The Receptionist assists with student attendance procedures, including late sign-ins, early sign-outs, and non-attendance notifications, while maintaining registers for mobile phone confiscations and medical certificates. They handle payments, manage excursion permissions, and ensure compliance with security procedures for visitors. Additionally, the Receptionist supports the College's safety protocols, including lockdown and evacuation procedures, and provides first aid and medication administration as needed. The position requires proficiency in ICT, a commitment to ongoing professional development, and the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, and the community.
