Harvest time at Melton Campus

VCE VM students collected their first harvest last week, which included broccoli, cauliflower, peas, beans, lettuce and kale.

Students are also providing Food Technology classes with abundant herbs including parsley, rosemary, basil, mint and thyme.

To remind us of the wise words of our patron, St Francis and our College theme for 2024, Year 11 student Sophie created this sign, appropriately placed at the entrance to the newly upgraded garden and storage shed.
